Everything is perfect and I am always happy to see Mr. Fermin who is an older adult, I LOVE seeing older adults working on their chains, it is great to see an older adult know the dynamics and everything he has to learn there! Bravo my respects always! But yesterday I had to be attended to by Fermin and as always EXCELLENT he had some very normal difficulties with the system and doubts about a drink which he consulted without problem with the young man named Ivan who was always rude when answering Fermin and answered him angrily and reluctantly, even on the last occasion he told him: we have always told you that... blah blah blah I felt very bad why that does not contribute to teamwork and even less so with an adult elderly. Ivan lacked a lot of empathy because we all have a dad, uncle, grandfather or we will reach that age and I think that Mr. Fermin above all deserves ALL THE RESPECT AND ADMIRATION of his colleagues ”
